However, we noticed the breakfast area was very small and the hotel was packed. I got a room that met my needs and the room itself was fine, no complaints. So when I arrived, I waited at the desk and there was obviously a problem with some guests and I waited a good 10 minutes to be helped since there was only 1 person working.
I'm a long time Hilton Honors member and yet I couldn't pick my room ahead of time like every other stay.
